Juve react to Sissoko outburst

Juventus assistant coach Francesco Conti has played down Mohamed Sissoko's recent outburst.

Conti insists midfielder has 'total confidence' of staff

Juventus assistant coach Francesco Conti has played down midfielder Mohamed Sissoko's claims that he is being forced out of the club. The former Liverpool player has been linked with Aston Villa amid a row with coach Luigi Del Neri. It was suggested that Sissoko was feigning injury ahead of Sunday's 3-0 defeat at Napoli. The Mali international was taken to Naples anyway, although he was not a member of the squad and there has been tension ever since. But Conti said: "He's available (for selection), he has the total confidence of the technical staff and we'll count on him as long as he stays here. He can still give a lot. "I don't agree with his outburst, I don't think Del Neri has ever lacked respect for anyone."
