Harry Redknapp said he would be prepared to loan out-of-favour defender Jonathan Woodgate to interested clubs QPR or Leeds.
The Championship duo are battling it out to capture the 30-year-old with Elland Road looking the more likely destination for the former United man.
Redknapp will loan out the injury-plagued centre-half, who last played for Spurs in November 2009, provided he can achieve basic fitness.
"He is still looking to get back to fitness and needs to get a game under his belt before he is ready to get out anywhere and play," the Tottenham chief told the Daily Mirror.
"We would let him out on loan if he's okay.
"We'd let him go out to Leeds or QPR.
"That would be good for him but it's day by day."
