Kyle Naughton is refusing to allow speculation over his future to derail his fine displays for Leicester City.
The 22-year-old is currently on-loan from Tottenham and in recent weeks has recaptured the form that made him one of the most exciting young full-backs in the country.
Sven-Goran Eriksson has intimated that he would like to extend the loan period that expires in January.
Naughton scored an excellent goal in the 5-1 spanking of Doncaster Rovers, but has stated he is not thinking too far ahead.
"I haven't really spoken to anyone about what will happen in January, it might be a little bit too early," he said.
"But I am sure, if anything is going to happen, Tottenham and Leicester have already spoken about it. I just play the football and let the people around me do what they have to do.
"I am definitely enjoying it. As long as I am playing, I will enjoy my football.
"I seem to be doing all right and have scored two goals as well from defence, which isn't too bad, so I am really enjoying my football at the moment."
Meanwhile, Chris Kirkland is poised to make his Foxes debut against Ipswich after heading back to the club to resume his loan.
The England international joined from Wigan last month but returned to his parent club for treatment on a back injury.
He will now be assessed before the game against under-fire Ipswich.
"We have to wait and see and only on Thursday and Friday can we take a decision," Eriksson said.
"It is impossible to know at the moment if he will be ready for Saturday."
