Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi has dampened speculation he could join Inter Milan after being praised by the club's president Massimo Moratti.
The Argentina international is one of the world's best players and has been in scintillating form for the Catalan giants this season.
Messi again demonstrated his credentials at the weekend with a superb brace in Barca's emphatic 5-0 success over Real Sociedad.
The gifted 23-year-old was in Milan on Tuesday and, while he has the utmost respect for Moratti, he is not thinking about Inter.
"At the moment Inter are not in my thoughts," he confirmed.
"Moratti's compliments please me. I have great respect for him, but I'm a Barcelona player and I feel really good in Catalunya.
