Leighton Baines is keen to help Everton go on a winning run to climb clear of trouble at the wrong end of the table.
The Toffees sit just two points above the drop zone despite securing an impressive draw at Premier League champions Chelsea last weekend.
Baines, who is preparing to face his former club Wigan on Saturday, insists Everton can have no more excuses and must start picking up wins to move up the table.
"No more excuses or reasoning with it, it is time to start producing," Baines told the Liverpool Echo.
"I am pleased enough with my form but it is about what the team is doing. Each and every one of us is desperate to put a run together.
"The boss is probably a bit frustrated. He knows he has got a good group of players here and we are trying to put things right. Hopefully we can now do that sooner rather than later."
