Millwall manager Kenny Jackett has insisted the club are under no pressure to sell Steve Morison during the January transfer window.
Morison has impressed since joining Millwall from Stevenage Borough in 2009 and scored 23 goals last season en route to the club's promotion from League One.
The striker has continued to score regularly in the Championship and took his tally for the season in all competitions to 10 with a brace against Scunthorpe United at the weekend.
The 27-year-old also made his international debut for Wales at the start of the campaign and has recently been linked with a move to the Premier League.
However, while Jackett feels Morison is capable of playing in the top flight, he does not fear losing the forward in the New Year.
Jackett said: "We are under no pressure to sell players and we want to keep our good ones.
"Steve has the ability to play higher but I am hopeful that's where we'll be going with us."
