Auxerre attacker Valter Birsa has calmed speculation linking him with a move to Liverpool.
The 24-year-old Slovenia international has reportedly caught the eye of Reds boss Roy Hodgson, with Napoli also thought to be tracking his progress.
However, Birsa insists that while there may be lots of paper talk regarding his future, he is ignoring the transfer speculation.
"Much has been written about this, but I'm not being burdened by it," he said.
"I have my agents and representatives who deal with all this for me.
"If at the end of the day something happens I guess that everything will go much quicker than these rumours, which have been dragging in the papers for a while now."
Birsa played against England during the World Cup in the summer and was on the scoresheet against the United States.
He spent three years at Sochaux between 2006 and 2009 before switching to Auxerre after a successful loan spell.
