Dani Alves is continuing talks over a new contract, but as yet they have failed to agree a deal with Barcelona.
The former Sevilla ace moved to the Camp Nou in 2008 and has emerged as one of the best full-backs in the world.
Alves has 18 months left on his current deal and talks have been ongoing for a number of months between the player's agent and the club.
Reports in Spain claim that if nothing is agreed between the two parties before the end of the season, then Alves would look to move.
Both Manchester City and Chelsea are already being linked with moves for the 27-year-old - although Alves is understood to have made it clear he would prefer to remain in Catalunya.
His agent Joaquin Macanas insists that Alves should be paid what he is worth.
"Dani Alves is the best attacking defender in the world, and he really only demands the just price for his work on the field," said Macanas.
