Skysports.com understands Crewe Alexandra goalkeeper Steve Phillips would be keen on a loan move to play first-team football.
Phillips signed a two-year contract at Crewe in the summer after impressing during a loan spell at Gresty Road last season.
However, the 32-year-old has yet to feature for the League Two club this term after undergoing a shoulder operation during the close-season.
He is now fit again and has been on the bench in recent weeks after also featuring for the reserves to build up his fitness.
Phillips, who has made over 500 career appearances, is keen to sample first-team football again and could be an ideal loan signing for clubs seeking cover between the posts.
