Inverness striker Eric Odhiambo hopes his goal off the bench last week at Rangers can earn him a start against Motherwell.
The 21-year-old's goal at Ibrox secured Inverness a 1-1 draw and ended Gers' 100 per cent start to the SPL campaign.
The former Leicester City man hopes his display off the bench gets the nod from manager Terry Butcher to start against Well this weekend.
Odhiambo wants to avoid being saddled with a 'super sub' tag and is keen to impress if he is given a chance from the off.
"I was disappointed not to be starting but the way the game panned out was probably perfect for me," he said.
"I just hope I don't get labelled a super sub now.
"Hopefully my performance has given the manager something to think about.
"If we can match our away form there is no limit as to where we can go."
