Martin Demichelis' agent will meet with Bayern Munich in the coming weeks to discuss his future.
Earlier this year Jorge Cyterszpiler stated that the Argentine defender would be leaving Bayern Munich.
However, since then Bayern have insisted that they want him to stay and are not looking to sell.
The 29-year-old, who is contracted to Bayern until 2012, has been strongly linked with a move to England as he is anything but a regular under Louis van Gaal.
"At the end of the month I will come to Europe and we will take stock of the situation," Cyterszpiler told Calciomercato.
"If things don't change, we must also consider the possibility of leaving.
"Between late November and early December I will come to Europe and I'm going to talk with the club."
Cyterszpiler refused to comment on the links with Chelsea and Juventus, saying: "The interest of Juventus and Chelsea?
"We have a great respect for Bayern Munich, they are very serious and we'll do nothing before speaking with them. "
