Rangers striker James Beattie faces a spell on the sidelines after suffering a recurrence of his hip injury.
The summer signing from Stoke suffered a knock to his hip during last weekend's Old Firm derby win over Celtic.
The 32-year-old had only made his comeback from injury against Celtic after initially suffering the problem in September.
Gers boss Walker Smith admits Beattie is likely to be out of action until December, joining fellow striker Nikica Jelavic on the sidelines.
"James Beattie has had a knock on the hip which he thought was getting better. He was desperate to be involved in last Sunday's game but he has set himself back a bit," Smith told the club's official website.
"So it will be another couple of weeks now before we have him back again.
"He is the one player in our group who really needs games. Most of the squad have played too many but he is not getting enough.
"I would hope the injury would clear up in the next two weeks or three weeks at the latest. So we should have him ready for the December games."
