Kenny Miller insists he wants to focus solely on football as talk of his contract situation continues to wrangle on.
The 30-year-old bagged a brace in the Old Firm clash against Celtic on Sunday, taking his season's haul to 13 goals.
But with his contract due to expire next summer, the Scotland international does not want discussions to overshadow Rangers' quest for silverware this term.
"I think Martin Bain (Rangers chief executive) explained it well the other day," said Miller.
"There are talks ongoing but not every other day or every other week.
"It will get sorted out one way or the other at the end of the day but I just want to concentrate on football and bring the title back to Ibrox first and foremost and win a few cups. That would be great."
