Johan Djourou believes Arsenal are starting to demonstrate why they are capable of reaching this season's UEFA Champions League final.
Arsenal continued their emphatic start to the group phase with a 5-1 thrashing of Shakhtar Donetsk at Emirates Stadium on Tuesday evening.
The result maintained the Gunners' 100 per cent record in Group H and took the team's tally to 14 goals in three matches.
Djourou has been impressed by Arsenal's form in Europe so far and feels there is no reason why the club cannot go all the way to Wembley next spring.
"I think the result shows that Arsenal is ready to go as far as possible in the Champions League," said Djourou.
"It's early, but it shows people that we can do well in the competition.
"We are more or less qualified even though there are still three games left, but it's true that we are in good shape."
