Reading manager Brian McDermott has heaped praise on in-form Jimmy Kebe after a stunning start to the season from the winger.
The Mali international is the club's top scorer this season with four strikes so far, helping the Royals continue where they left off from last season, having narrowly missed out on the play-offs.
The Royals boss, who was a winger himself during his playing days, told skysports.com that he has been delighted with the creativity from both Kebe and fellow winger Jobi McAnuff this season.
But he is also looking for other players to now step up and get goals to fire his side into the top flight.
McDermott said: "Jimmy has been excellent for us since I got the job, as have all of the lads to be honest.
"He is a good lad and a special player, but we know that we have got threats on the wing, with Jobi McAnuff on the other side, who is another excellent player.
"We now want the likes of Shane Long, Noel Hunt and Simon Church to start picking up the goals that we know they can get."
