Hull City have signed goalkeeper Vito Mannone from Arsenal on loan until January.
The Italian joined the Gunners in 2005 but has found first-team opportunities limited and has only featured on 12 occasions for the club.
The Under-21 international will be available for selection on Tuesday for the Tigers' clash with Sheffield United.
Hull will also be boosted with the return of key defender Paul McShane for their midweek fixture.
McShane was hurt in the weekend's draw at Leicester, after suffering what looked to be a serious injury.
But manager Nigel Pearson has confirmed that he will be available to play this week after scans showed no major problems.
"Paul is probably going to be available for Tuesday night, so it's good news on that front," said Pearson.
