Real Madrid midfielder Fernando Gago will be out for a month with knee ligament damage as his injury jinx struck again.
Gago sustained the knock in training when he collided with fellow Argentinean Daniel Carvajal.
The talented midfielder injured the same knee in a friendly against Uruguayan team Penarol in late August and only just returned to training a fortnight ago.
But tests have confirmed he will be sidelined for the next four weeks.
A club statement read: "A clinical exploration and a magnetic resonance done at Sanitas La Moraleja Hospital have confirmed Fernando Gago suffers from a Grade II sprain on the ligament of his left knee.
"The player will miss approximately four weeks."
Gago has not yet played for Madrid under Jose Mourinho.
