Stopper to undergo scans on knock

Hearts left-back Lee Wallace is set to undergo scans on the injury he sustained while on Scotland duty on Tuesday night. The 23-year-old was stretchered off after 54 minutes of Scotland's last-gasp 2-1 Euro 2012 qualifying win over Liechtenstein with a suspected knee ligament injury. Jim Jefferies' side will discover the full extent of the problem ahead of Saturday's clash against Celtic at Parkhead. "We will have to wait and see what the scans say," Jefferies told the club's official website. "Lee has said it doesn't feel as bad as it did and we're hoping it's not as serious as first feared. "But we have to get him scanned and we'll know more later today hopefully." Barry Robson came off the bench for Wallace at Hampden Park and provided the crosses which set up Kenny Miller and Stephen McManus' goals to secure Scotland's comeback win.
