Valencia have signed Sampdoria defender Marius Stankevicius to bolster their backline.
Sampdoria have decided to offload Stankevicius after they failed to qualify for the group stages of the UEFA Champions League.
The Lithuanian spent last season on loan at Sevilla and he will now make a return to Spain with Valencia.
Valencia have moved to bring in Stankevicius after losing Alexis and Carlos Marchena earlier this summer.
