Wolves boss Mick McCarthy has confirmed he has received no loan approaches for Wales international Sam Vokes.
The 20-year-old, who spent time on loan at Leeds last season, had been linked with a move to Crystal Palace.
However, McCarthy has heard nothing on the transfer front and says Vokes is staying unless someone gets in touch.
"No one has spoken to me about it and, until anyone does, he won't be going anywhere," said McCarthy on Vokes.
Meanwhile, McCarthy has given Greg Halford a vote of confidence after being impressed with his pre-season training.
The £2million signing from Sunderland was reportedly out of favour under McCarthy, but he is happy to give him another chance.
"Let's give Greg a bit of credit. He's trained well in pre-season," he continued.
"Why would I even question that someone of his ability shouldn't be at the club?
"He's got lots to offer. Now he's done it for us and, fair play to him, he's had a good pre-season.
"Since he came back at the start of the summer, he has shown a desire to stay and I can't ask for anymore than that."
