Celtic are set to continue their busy summer in the transfer market after agreeing terms with Mexico international Efrain Juarez.
The 22-year-old right-back, who can also operate as a defensive midfielder, has signed a four-year deal with the SPL giants.
Juarez has secured a work permit to play in Scotland and will now undergo a medical in Seattle while the club are in the process of finalising all documentation.
The former UNAM Pumas man starred for his county at this summer's World Cup finals in South Africa after Mexico progressed beyond the group stage.
Juarez will become the club's fifth signing by manager Neil Lennon this summer following the arrivals of Charlie Mulgrew, Joe Ledley, Cha Du-Ri and Daryl Murphy.
