QPR boss Neil Warnock has said that talks are open with three key players regarding new contracts.
Kaspars Gorkss, Alejandro Faurlin and Damion Stewart are in discussions with Warnock over revised deals at Loftus Road.
Defender Matt Connolly recently put pen-to-paper in a new contract with the Championship outfit, but Warnock says he will not rush the rest.
The former Blades boss said any negotiations must be in the best interest of the club, not just the player.
"The truth is these talks have been ongoing for a bit - and I figured they might go on for a while longer - but Matt's people agreed and we're delighted," he told the Chronicle.
"There's also been bits of talks with Ali Faurlin, Damion Stewart and Kaspars Gorkss - but we're being careful with deals these days and we're going to spend wisely before agreeing to anything."
