Holland have been boosted by the news that star striker Robin van Persie will be fit to play in the World Cup semi-finals.
Van Persie picked up an elbow injury during his team's 2-1 quarter-final win over Brazil on Friday, a result which booked a final four date with Uruguay.
The Arsenal man was sent to hospital for scans on the problem, along with defender Joris Mathijsen, who was suffering from a knee problem.
Mathijsen was due to start in the encounter in Port Elizabeth but had to be replaced by 35-year-old Andre Ooijer in the pre-match warm-up after picking up the injury.
But the pair have been cleared of any damage, meaning they can both feature in Tuesday's clash in Cape Town to hand coach Bert van Marwijk a timely lift.
The Dutch FA said in a statement: "Neither scan on Van Persie or Mathijsen showed any serious damage and both are fit to play against Uruguay."
