France skipper Patrice Evra says the players will refuse financial bonuses in the wake of their disastrous World Cup campaign.
Les Bleus crashed out of the tournament following their 2-1 defeat to hosts South Africa on Tuesday, leaving Raymond Domenech's side bottom of Group A with a solitary point.
While the players would not have received any 'on-pitch' bonuses after failing to reach the second round, they were liable to benefit from marketing revenues generated by the squad.
However Evra, who was dropped from the side to face South Africa after leading a players' strike on Sunday over the expulsion of forward Nicolas Anelka, says they will be refusing all bonuses.
"We will refuse all the bonuses, we will not accept one centime," said the Manchester United defender.
