Norwich City have announced the signing of Andrew Surman from Wolverhampton Wanderers for an undisclosed fee.
The midfielder has penned a three-year deal with the newly-promoted Canaries, who are plotting for their return to the Championship.
Surman joined Wolves last summer after making a name for himself at Southampton, but he managed just three Premier League appearances in the 2009/10 season.
The 23-year-old becomes Norwich manager Paul Lambert's fifth signing of the summer.
Lambert said: "He has got a terrific left foot and is very good on the ball.
"At 23 years old he's already got great experience. He will give us balance and he knows the Championship."
