Neil Warnock has confirmed he is considering a bid to bring Plymouth Argyle striker Jamie Mackie to Queens Park Rangers.
Skysports.com revealed on Thursday that Warnock is lining up a move for Mackie as he looks to overhaul his squad at Loftus Road.
And, though the QPR boss did not expand on his interest in the 24-year-old, he acknowledged that Mackie is on his list of possible signings.
Warnock told The Herald: "He's one of a number of players we are looking at. Other than that, I haven't got anything else to say on the subject."
Mackie scored eight goals for Plymouth this season, but is expected to leave Home Park in the summer following the club's relegation from the Championship.
He joined the Pilgrims from Exeter City in January 2008 and has scored 16 goals in 102 appearances for the club.
