Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti expects Joe Cole to stay at Stamford Bridge next season.
Cole is one of a number of players at Chelsea who is coming to the end of his current contract.
Talks have been put off until the end of the season, fuelling talk that Cole could be on his way out of West London.
Tottenham, Manchester City and Liverpool have all been credited with an interest in the midfield schemer, but Ancelotti remains confident Cole will sign a new deal to extend his stay.
"Joe Cole will stay here," said Ancelotti. "In January I said that no one would come in, and nobody came in.
"So I think that Joe will stay.
"We have 10 days to wait because the club will speak with Joe Cole, and the other players that are going to be at the end of their contracts, after the FA Cup final."
