Paris St Germain winger Ludovic Giuly has insisted that he is happy at the club, amid speculation linking him with a move away.
The former Barcelona star has scored only three times in 29 Ligue 1 games so far this season, and reports earlier in the week suggested he was on the way out of Parc des Princes.
Greek side Panathinaikos are one name in the frame for a possible bid, but the 33-year-old has denied receiving any offers.
He told radio station France Bleu Ile de France: "I have not had any offers. I feel good in Paris, I don't see why I would look elsewhere."
PSG have had a mediocre campaign in the French top-flight and currently lie in mid-table.
Giuly, whose other former clubs include Lyon, Monaco and Roma, says he does not want to leave, but only as long as he is in the club's plans.
He added: "If I do not fit into the plans here, I would have a discussion with the coach and the club president, for sure."
