Inter Milan playmaker Wesley Sneijder is doubtful for Wednesday's UEFA Champions League return leg with Barcelona.
The Holland international came off at half-time in Saturday's 3-1 Serie A success over Atalanta with a thigh problem.
The severity of the injury remains unknown with Inter only confirming the player will continue to be assessed in the coming days.
Inter beat Barca 3-1 in the first leg of their semi-final and manager Jose Mourinho will be hoping the ex-Real Madrid ace will be fit for the Camp Nou clash.
"Wesley Sneijder has undergone a medical check-up which showed a muscle tweak in his left thigh," Inter said in a statement.
"The condition of the Dutch midfielder will be monitored in the next 48 hours."
