Blackpool midfielder Ishmel Demontagnac has joined League Two promotion hopefuls Chesterfield on a month's loan.
Demontagnac has only started one game in the Championship for Blackpool since linking up with the club last summer after leaving Walsall.
He has not featured for Ian Holloway's side since being disciplined for visiting a nightclub after the 2-1 home defeat by Leicester City in early February.
The 21-year-old now has the chance to play first-team football with Chesterfield and will go straight into the squad for Saturday's derby at Burton Albion.
"Ish needs to be playing first-team football and the loan move to Chesterfield will give him that chance," Holloway told the club's official website.
"They are challenging for promotion and I know he will relish the opportunity of helping them achieve that goal.
"He wants win every time he plays and I am sure the month's loan will do him good.
"As we do with all the players who go out on loan we will monitor his progress and keep in regular touch with the club and player."
