Potters stopper delighted to be in Pulis' side

Stoke's Wales international defender Danny Collins has expressed just how much he is enjoying life at The Britannia Stadium. The 29-year-old, who joined for £2.75million from Sunderland last summer, has re-established himself in Tony Pulis' side over the past month. Collins admits he was down in the dumps at warming Stoke's bench, but concedes the quality of Pulis' options means no-one is assured of their place.

Enjoyment

"I'm thoroughly enjoying it here," he told the club's official website. "I'm not going to lie because it is disappointing when you are not playing and you are sitting on the bench but we have a good squad here now and inevitably a few of us are going to be disappointed on match day. "All I can do is work hard and put in good performances when I get chance. Thankfully I've had a couple of games and done okay."
