Everton defender Phil Jagielka has admitted his delight at making his full return to first-team action.
The centre-back started Sunday's demolition of Hull City as he played his first 90 minutes since returning from a long-term knee injury.
There had been concerns that Jagielka, a three-time England international, may struggle to ever return to the Premier League.
But his comeback ended those worries and he has thanked his team-mates for making his first full match a comfortable experience.
"It is fantastic to get back playing at Goodison," the 27-year-old told Everton's official website.
"It's nice to get that buzz back, from going out for the warm-up. It's something I had been looking forward to.
"It was a decent performance but when the boys play like that in front and to the side of you, it makes it a lot easier."
