Brazilian striker eyes Italy return

Adriano has admitted he would consider a return to Italy and claims Roma are interested in securing his services. The Brazilian played for Inter Milan from 2001 to 2009 but endured a turbulent final few months with the club. He moved back to his homeland with Flamengo last summer and rediscovered both his form and his hunger for football. Reflecting on his time with Inter, Adriano insists that he did not have a bad relationship with manager Jose Mourinho as had been previously reported. "I have never had problems with Jose Mourinho," he told Sky Italia. "He always helped me a lot. "He always spoke with me, saying positive things and negative too when there was the need. "Now that I have rediscovered will, guts and happiness, I would come back to Italy." Roma have been linked with a move for the 28-year-old and he admits he would be open to such a switch. "Roma want me," he stated. "I'd willingly play with Totti. I'm missing the friendships I had at Inter."
