Derby defender Miles Addison looks set to miss the rest of the season with a foot injury.
Addison has not featured in the last seven games and has made only four starts in the last five months due to a foot problem.
The highly-rated defender is set to visit a specialist in America in a bid to resolve the problem.
Rams boss Nigel Clough is resigned to being without the 21-year-old for the remainder of the season.
"I can't see him (playing again this season)," Clough told the Derby Evening Telegraph.
"We are looking at all the options at the moment.
"He's having more scans, different opinions, but with three months to go, I can't see him coming back."
