Swindon have signed young winger Matt Ritchie on loan from Portsmouth for the remainder of the season.
The Robins were keen to land the 20-year-old on a permanent basis in the winter transfer window but could not conclude a deal in time.
Danny Wilson's side have now reached an agreement with the financially-crippled Premier League club to secure Ritchie's services until 15th May.
Ritchie spent all of last season on loan with Dagenham & Redbridge before a similar stint with Notts County during the first half of this term.
He goes straight into Wilson's plans for Saturday's clash with fellow play-off chasers Huddersfield after linking up with his new team-mates for training on Thursday.
