Milton Keynes Dons have handed a new long-term contract to captain Dean Lewington.
The 25-year-old left-back has penned a three-and-a-half-year deal to remain part of Paul Ince's plans.
Lewington is already the club's longest-serving player with 300 appearances to his name.
"Being part of this club's long-term plans is all I've ever been interested in so I'm delighted it's been finalised," Lewington told the club's official website.
"This is the club I've been with since I was a boy, it's my club and I love it so I couldn't be happier about helping it move forward.
"The gaffer is laying real long-term foundations here and the club has huge ambitions - it's something any footballer would want to be part of."
