Bayern Munich striker Luca Toni has reiterated his desire to stay at Roma once his six-month loan deal ends.
The World Cup winner found himself out-of-favour at the Allianz Arena under new coach Louis van Gaal this term.
The former Fiorentina striker has switched back to Serie A for the second half of the season as he attempts to win a place back in the Italy squad ahead of this summer's finals in South Africa.
The big frontman has since made one start and one substitute appearance and is enjoying his football again.
He told Saturday's La Gazzetta dello Sport: "I will do all I can to stay at Roma."
