Rangers goalkeeper Allan McGregor is set to play against Hamilton on Saturday, after allegations he sexually assaulted a young woman.
The 27-year-old shot-stopper has been accused of the offence, although he describes the claim as a 'vile lie'.
Strathclyde Police are probing the claim, but McGregor has not been arrested and manager Walter Smith insists he will not be dropped for the Scottish Premier League clash at New Douglas Park.
"He will still be in the plan for tomorrow (Saturday)," he said. "You'd need to ask him how he's feeling.
"It's very difficult for any of us to comment on the situation as we don't know the full aspect.
"He will be involved in the team tomorrow and we will leave it at that."
Rangers are currently seven points clear of Old Firm rivals Celtic in the SPL, with the Hoops playing Falkirk at Parkhead on Saturday.
