Rochdale have signed Oldham striker Chris O'Grady on a permanent basis for an undisclosed fee.
O'Grady has impressed since joining Keith Hill's League Two leaders on loan in August and has now penned a two-and-a-half-year deal.
His loan at Spotland was set to expire after Saturday's game at home to Port Vale.
An Oldham spokesperson said: "The club is very satisfied with the fee we've received for Chris, but Rochdale have requested that sum remains undisclosed and we will respect that request.
"We would like to thank Chris for his efforts at Boundary Park and wish him all the best for the future."
