Milton Keynes Dons manager Paul Ince has admitted a charge of improper conduct from The Football Association.
The 42-year-old former Blackburn and Macclesfield boss has been charged relating to an incident during the Dons' 1-0 defeat to Huddersfield in December.
The game was marred by ugly scenes in stoppage time when Luke Chadwick, already booked, appeared to head-butt Town's Tom Clarke.
The incident resulted in a melee at the end of the game, although Chadwick was not sent off.
An FA Regulatory Commission will hear the case by 18 January. The Dons' next scheduled game is a trip to Hartlepool in League One on Saturday.
