Antonio Cassano's agent has rejected fresh speculation linking him with a move to Manchester City.
New City boss Roberto Mancini has already being linked with a host of players back in his homeland, and Cassano's name has now been linked to Eastlands.
But Giuseppe Bozzo insists that there is nothing concrete in the reports linking the Sampdoria star with a switch to City.
"Antonio is very happy to play for Sampdoria and to be in Genoa," Bozzo told Calciomercato.
"Manchester City? No one has ever contacted us and it is useless talking about something that does not exist and on the voices of the press.
Bozzo did admit that Cassano had a lot of respect for Mancini, but that stemmed from his time as manager of Inter Milan.
"Between Antonio and Mancini remains a mutual respect because the former Inter coach has always spoken well of Cassano."
