Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has dismissed reports linking Simon Kjaer with a winter move to Manchester City.
The 20-year-old centre-half has been linked with a move to a number of Europe's top clubs and City manager Roberto Mancini is thought to be an admirer of the Dane.
However, Zamparini insists that Kjaer will stay with the Serie A club at least until the summer and that no-one has been in contact regarding a transfer.
"They are just rumours, I have not had any contact with anyone," he said.
"Several clubs are interested in Kjaer but for the time being we have not received any offers.
"For sure, he will remain with us until June."
Kjaer has made a number of eye-catching performances so far this season for Palermo and his form has helped the Rosanero into ninth place in the Italian top flight.
