Contract offer spurned by Lindegaard

Yeovil defender Andy Lindegaard has left the club after deciding not to accept the offer of a new contract. Lindegaard has made nearly 200 first-team appearances since making his debut for the Glovers in February 2000. Manager Terry Skiverton told the club's official website: "I am disappointed that Andy has chosen to leave the club. "He has been a fantastic servant for the club and I'm sorry he's going. "I'm grateful for all the help he has given me over his time at Huish Park." Meanwhile, Alex McCarthy and Shaun MacDonald are set to put pen to paper on extended loan deals with the League One club. The latter will stay at Huish Park until the end of the season, subject to Football League approval.
