Shorey: Staying put
Nicky Shorey has extended his loan deal at Nottingham Forest for another month.
The Aston Villa defender has helped Forest extend their unbeaten run to 16 Championship matches since arriving at the club on 24th November.
Forest boss Billy Davies has been impressed with the former Reading star and is thought to be keen to explore a permanent deal for the full-back.
However, Shorey is unable to play in Saturday's FA Cup third round tie against Birmingham and Villa retain the right to recall him at 24 hours notice.
