Aberdeen defender Richard Foster has hinted he would be willing to extend his Pittodrie stay.
The 24-year-old, who has spent his entire career with the Dons, is out of contract next summer.
Initial talks have been instigated with manager Mark McGhee and Foster is keen to see where they lead.
Foster is happy with the SPL side and will make a decision when an offer lands on his table.
"I am enjoying it at Aberdeen. I have spoken to the manager," he told the Press and Journal.
"There is no concrete offer yet but we will see how it goes. I am happy here."
Although Aberdeen were thumped 3-0 at Celtic at the weekend Foster believes the title race is shaping up nicely.
"It will be an exciting title race and I think the Old Firm will be closer to the rest than in recent years," he added.
