Skysports.com understands a host of Championship sides are tracking Charlton winger Lloyd Sam.
The 25-year-old's current contract is due to expire next summer and he could leave on a free transfer.
The news has alerted a number of clubs to Sam's possible availability with interested parties weighing up bids to try and persuade Charlton to cash-in on the player in January rather than risk losing him for nothing at the end of the season.
Sam has impressed for Charlton this season, scoring four goals and helping them to second spot in League One and his performances have not gone unnoticed.
Charlton are keen to keep Sam and would be loath to lose him in January as they try to maintain their bid for promotion back to the Championship.
