Arsenal have tied down promising teenage forward Sanchez Watt on a new long-term deal.
The 18-year-old striker has extended his time at the Emirates after being rewarded with a new deal following a number of eye-catching performances in the Gunners' second string this season.
Watt has been an ever-present in Arsenal's reserves this campaign, scoring four in six games, as well as featuring in both Carling Cup matches for the senior side and finding the net on his first-team debut.
The rapid marksman, who joined the club in 2007, came to prominence last season after having a major impact on the Gunners' youth team success when they clinched the league and FA Youth Cup double.
Sanchez, an England Under 19 international, grabbed a brace in the Youth Cup semi-final before striking in both legs of the final victory over Liverpool.
Watt is expected to be a part of the Gunners' squad for their forthcoming quarter-final clash with Manchester City on Wednesday week.
