Skysports.com understands Plymouth defender Gary Sawyer has turned down a new deal at Home Park.
The 24-year-old's current deal expires next summer and Plymouth are keen to secure him on a longer contract.
Plymouth are believed to have tabled a two-year deal to Sawyer, but the versatile defender has shunned the offer.
The news is sure to alert a number of clubs to Sawyer's possible availability with the former Exeter City man an accomplished performer in the Championship.
Sawyer has established himself as key member of the Plymouth squad since breaking into the team in 2006 and the Pilgrims would be loath to lose the defender.
