Anderlecht manager Herman Van Holsbeeck admits the club are yet to receive a concrete offer for teenage hotshot Romelu Lukaku.
The 16-year-old has been on the radar of Europe's top clubs ever since he made his debut at the end of last season.
Despite his tentative years the 6ft 4in striker, dubbed the new Didier Drogba by many, refuses to be held back and has already helped himself to seven goals in 12 first-team appearances this season.
The likes of Manchester United and AC Milan have been linked with the youngster in the past but Arsenal and Chelsea are believed to have stepped up their interest last weekend with Gunners boss Arsene Wenger reportedly sending scouts to watch the striker first hand.
"We know there are many clubs interested in the young powerful player," Holsbeeck told Het Laatste Nieuws.
"We all know he is awesome for his age physically. We have met a club for talks but there is no concrete offer yet."
