Keeper ends speculation over future

Inter Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar has signed a new deal to keep him at the club until 2014. The 30-year-old has inked a three-and-a-half-year extension to his current contract to end speculation over his future. Manchester United were linked with the Brazilian international earlier this year, but Inter have moved to tie down Cesar to a new long-term deal. The former Flamengo custodian was happy to extend his stay with the Nerazzurri. "I want to celebrate this with many more victories at Inter," Cesar told the club's official website. "I am very happy and thank the club president Massimo Moratti and the whole club. "With Inter I have already won so much but our strength is that we continue to work hard to reach new goals."
